DocMoto for Windows

DocMoto is a document manager designed to be simple to install and simple to use. Its feature set includes all the key aspects required by any document management system, but without the complexity.

Any changes made to a file (revisions) are automatically stored preventing the loss of work and making it simple to view previous versions. Users can "subscribe" to individual files or entire folders and be automatically notified via email of all changes.

DocMoto is a multi-user system; using "Check-In, Check-Out" technology many people can work together on a single file without ever having to worry about overwriting each others work. Incorporating a simple but extremely powerful security system, users can be restricted in the files they can access. DocMoto™ also includes a file recovery mechanism making deleted files easy to recover.

Purposefully designed for ease of use, the DocMoto feature set has been deliberately kept straightforward. Its uncluttered interface is suitable for all levels of user.
